Information Technology oversees the Infrastructure and Application Development and Integration teams, responsible for the architecture and applications needed to support the organization's investment activities and to help all employees perform their job duties more efficiently. IT staff work directly with stakeholders across HMC—from portfolio managers and financial engineers to market risk analysts and operational due diligence professionals—to design and build best-in-class investment solutions.

The Infrastructure team consists of system and database administrators, network engineers, and desktop/mobile help desk professionals. These employees support a broad array of functions from core networking and server management to worldwide coverage on mobile devices.

The Application Development and Integration team consists of software engineers, IT/business analysts, and project managers. Organized in small teams, these employees develop and integrate innovative data management models that support trading, portfolio management, risk operations, accounting, and corporate administration.

The Facilities Management team creates a comfortable and collaborative office environment, including physical workspaces, the data center, and the telecommunications platform. Our office space earned a Gold LEED certification for environmental innovation.
